We offer free shipping for our customers worldwide through United States Postal Service®.
If you require your shoes to arrive to you earlier, select the option "Expedited Shipping" at the end of your purchase, and we will ship your shoes out as soon as we are finished customizing them.
Express shipping can take from 1-3 days in the United States and 4-12 days worldwide.
How long do shipments take?
At Kickked we send shipments every day. The shipment time is not too long since we send our products from within the US. However the customization time can take from 7-14 business days. The only reason is because we make our shoes by order. After the order processes we begin to start the customization process.
How can I know the status of my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive via email, a tracking number with which you will be able to track your shipment through USPS.
What happens if I'm not at my address?
Your purchase will be delivered to whoever is at home or at the reception. In case no one is there, they will visit you twice more. After the third time, the order will go to the nearest Postal Office branch where you can also withdraw it.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free with the purchase of our footwear. Otherwise, the expedited cost depends on the Location and quantity, which is automatically made when you move forward with your order and place your zip code.

What do I do if the size is not correct?
In case that the chosen size in your purchase, has not been of your comfort, within 10 working days of receiving your order, you can choose to make a change 100% free and receive the correct size. To make the change, write to Help@Kickked.com
How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return your purchase made in our online store, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the package and we will refund the total price. To carry out the return write to Help@Kickked.com
No changes or refunds are accepted after 10 business days, nor can changes or refunds be accepted if the item has been used, damaged or is not shipped in its original packaging. Kickked is not responsible for the misuse of the product.
Returns Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the arrival of your kicks, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 10 days have gone by after the arrival of your shoes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our designers/warehouse unless told to do so.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping To return your product, please email us. Do not send any packages back without our knowledge.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $175, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
