All the shoes are hand-customized, made to order and may take from 5-14 business days to be readied completely, sometimes a little longer if there are rush orders. Once they are completed, the designers ship them straight to you.
Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the information to update.
Free Shipping: Our goal is to get you your shoes as fast and efficiently as possible. Our FREE worldwide shipping is great for our customers. It saves you money and you get your shoes by the expected date (sometimes earlier).
USPS (Expedited): 1-3 business days from the date of shipment (Hawaii and Alaska requires additional transit time in most cases)
Transit time may be extended due to insufficient/invalid shipping address (I.E. Missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.
*PO box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal service.
All international orders are shipped via USPS then transferred to the shipping service of your country.
Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to Nigeria and Russia.
Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.
Please note that items ship directly from the vendors and it is up to their discretion whether to ship internationally.
Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped from our facility. Please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
Orders can take up to 14 business days to process and be shipped. You will be emailed tracking information from Kickked with tracking for your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Expedited International Shipping: Pricing is different with every country. We cannot always promise the fastest delivery time even with International expedited shipping because of customs. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get the products through customs.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. In these cases, the recipient of such an international shipment will be subject to said import taxes, customs duties, and fees when the shipment arrives at the appropriate international facility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information if needed. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates can occur.
Kickked® takes product authenticity extremely seriously. We purchase majority of our high-end shoes from Goat or StockX (If Available in Bulk). If not, we then resort to local resellers.
Our trained and experienced authenticators carefully inspect every shoe before shipping them out. If there is ever a problem with your pair, send them back. We'll issue a full credit back to your card.
However, all of our Adidas and Nike products are purchased directly from Adidas and Nike retaillers.
If you have a problem with your shoes, contact us right away. You have a 10 day period to get a full refund on a pair you purchase from us. You will need to provide the order number with the email used to purchase the shoes. We will send you a return label. Once we receive the shoes. We will issue a full refund.
