Q. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

 

ALL THE SHOES ARE CUSTOMIZED, MADE TO ORDER AND TAKE 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE READIED COMPLETELY, SOMETIMES A LITTLE LONGER IF THERE ARE RUSH ORDERS. ONCE THEY ARE COMPLETED, WE SHIP THEM STRAIGHT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE THAT CUSTOM MAKE THESE DESIGNS. THE SHOES ARRIVE TO YOU WITHIN 6-15 DAYS.
DOMESTIC

DHL (EXPEDITED): 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT (HAWAII AND ALASKA REQUIRES ADDITIONAL TRANSIT TIME IN MOST CASES)

TRANSIT TIME MAY BE EXTENDED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS (I.E. MISSING OR INVALID APARTMENT NUMBER/STREET NUMBER), WEATHER CONDITIONS AND/OR HIGH VOLUME OF PACKAGES.

ALL OF THE SHOES WE CUSTOMIZE ARE BOUGHT DIRECTLY FROM THEIR COMPANY. HIGHER-END SHOES ARE TYPICALLY HARD TO FIND IN BULK SO WE PURCHASE THOSE FROM LOCAL-RESELLERS OR WHOLESALERS. ALL OF THE SHOES ARE INSPECTED BY OUR DESIGNERS BEFORE THEY DESIGN. WHILE WE CANNOT ALWAYS GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY FOR HIGHER-END PRODUCTS, WE DO HAVE A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. AFTER RECEIVING THE SHOES YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Q. IF MY SHOES AREN'T AS DESCRIBED WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

 

AS WE ANSWERED PREVIOUSLY, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SHOES, CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY. YOU HAVE A 7 DAY PERIOD TO GET A FULL REFUND ON A PAIR YOU PURCHASE FROM US. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER WITH THE EMAIL USED TO PURCHASE THE SHOES. WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE SHOES. WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND.
