AUTHENTICITY OF KICKKED

Kickked® takes product Authenticity Extremely Seriously. Our base shoes are directly purchased from Goat & StockX. If not available for any reason, we then resort to licenced retailers.

We usually keep the receipts for tax purposes and documentation.

However, if required you can always contact us and we'll work it out with you.

SHIPPING

Yes! However, shipping may take longer to certain countries.

We ship orders out within 5-7 Business days after the date of order. Usually most orders will arrive within 2 weeks. Depending on location, some orders will take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. 

We have a 1-4 day processing time to allow the designers to fully customize your shoes.

We offer FREE Worldwide shipping! 

If you would like your shoes faster, we also have a express shipping method.

*If you are in a rush to receive your order, please choose the Express shipping method.

Please also note we are not responsible for Custom duty charges for your country. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our Guarantee

However, we understand most circumstances.

Our policy lasts 15 days after receiving the shoes. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your shoes, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to our designers/warehouse unless told to do so.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we are unable to make any changes.

Unfortunately, all of our designers work very hard to create the perfect shoes. 
Since all of our shoes are made to order, the shoes will be restocked if in original condition. 

If we inspect the shoes to be used, the shoes are then discarded. We will charge a penalty fee from $50 to the entire amount of the shoe depending on the condition they are returned in.

We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges if the shoes seem to be worn out.

We carefully inspect the shoes upon return, then we come to a decision if you will be reimbursed for the entire amount of the order or a partial refund. If you wish to keep the shoes, we will ship the shoes out back to you.
